I came to Big Bear one April of 1986 my children were 9 and 5 they loved the snow, write away I studied for my Real Estate license and was able to get started by Octoer 2nd of the same year., It was very rewarding meeting people and finding the right cabin for them.
There are several diferent areas in Big Bear, each one of them different and would meet someones need, Fawnsking for example feels secluded and peaceful, it is located on the North side of the lake with many beautiful hiking trails near by, Moonridge area will make you feel like you are in the mountains with its up and down slope settings and some great ski slopes and lake views, Big Bear City more of a full time residence, some second homes, with what some people consider easer access, Sugarlof heavely treed with some very nice settings backing to the Moonridge area.
